How It Works
1. Digital Asset Acquisition via Integrated External Gateways
Transactions are initiated through a network of independent, fully regulated third-party liquidity providers. These external gateways manage all payment processing, identity verification (KYC/AML), and regulatory compliance. Merchant Process (MP) does not facilitate the exchange and has no access to the payment infrastructure.
2. Direct Settlement to Client Infrastructure
Upon successful processing, the external gateway transfers the acquired digital assets directly to the Client's specified destination or to a legally appointed representative. MP is never in the flow of funds; we do not receive, hold, or forward any participant assets at any point in the lifecycle.
3. Event-Driven Workflow Orchestration
MP's platform monitors secure signals from these external gateways to trigger the Client's pre-configured automation. This includes real-time lifecycle updates, operational reporting, internal task routing, and automated business logic. MP provides the software environment for these workflows to execute but remains decoupled from the underlying transaction.
4. Independent Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Billing
MP's relationship with the Client is strictly that of a software vendor. Platform usage fees are billed independently of any third-party transaction volume. This ensures a clear separation between the software services provided by MP and the financial activities conducted by the Client and their chosen liquidity partners.
